Secure Messaging with Customer Service via INTIME

If assistance is needed, contact DOR using INTIME to submit a question or get your issue resolved easily and efficiently. Once you are logged in, get started with INTIME secure messaging by selecting the “All Actions” tab followed by clicking on the “Messages” section. Recover Access to INTIME Accounts Online

If a customer experiences an issue accessing their INTIME account, their username can be retrieved and their password reset online at intime.dor.in.gov. Click on “Forgot Name or User Password” under the login button and follow the directions on the next screen. Requested emails containing reset links or other information to regain access may be inadvertently directed to spam folders, so remember to check there before calling DOR Customer Service for assistance.

All DOR locations are open for in-person assistance. Masks are optional. However, masks may be required for all customers, regardless of vaccination status, in accordance with local regulations.

Appointments are highly recommended at district offices and the IGC for reduced wait times.

Appointments at MCS are required to open new IRP or IFTA accounts. Customers must select the Motor Carrier Services (MCS) location when making an appointment to open new IRP or IFTA accounts. Walk-in service for other motor carrier transactions is available during normal business hours.

Motor carrier customers should not visit district offices or the Indiana Government Center location for service. MCS does not offer individual income, corporate or business tax assistance.
