The countdown is over – DOR crossed the finish line yesterday! Yes, our much anticipated technological transformation launched the first of four rollouts, just in time, literally. The new online e-services portal – Indiana Taxpayer Information Management Engine or INTIME, enables Hoosiers to manage their taxes in one convenient location 24/7.

Yesterday's launch was the first of four rollouts which allow Corporations (C, S and Partnerships), Utility Receipts, Financial Institutions, Non-Profits, and Aircraft customers to access INTIME. Additionally, INTIME provides the option to submit an electronic Power of Attorney (or ePOA) to streamline the establishment of a POA relationship.

If you’ve been keeping up with our blog, you know that Project NextDOR is a multi-year modernization project that will completely replace the current system used to process taxes. For more information, go to ProjectNextDOR.dor.in.gov.

The customer experience is important to us. DOR offers helpful tips for customers to ensure a smooth transition into the new system. There’s the INTIME User Guide and a video tutorial which provides a walk-through of the INTIME registration process available at ProjectNextDOR.dor.in.gov. To top it off, DOR has dedicated Customer Service Representatives available to help all customers and tax practitioners with their INTIME questions. Customers may call 317-232-0129 and select option “1” for all questions regarding INTIME.

Customers can find INTIME online by visiting DOR’s website at https://intime.dor.in.gov/.
